We're aware a customer has received an email from someone pretending to be us.
Please be on the lookout and keep in mind ALL our emails will come from our official email accounts, ending in estuary.co.uk.

Register for Your Online Account

To register, you'll need to have your rent account number (PRN) to hand.

Your PRN can be found on rent letters we have sent to you. Our Customer Ambassadors can help on 0300 304 5000, if you don't have a letter available.

Please note, when filling in the registration form:

• Your last name MUST match the name on your tenancy
• The password must include at least one number, a capital letter and a special character (for example ?!£$)
• When answering the spam guard question, you must type in words using lowercase letters only. No capitals or numbers needed.
• Double check everything is spelled correctly before hitting the ‘Register’ button.
